It is modern, well equipped, and very well located to access Woodbridge and surroundings. The complex of apartments is efficiently run and immaculately maintained. The provision of a lift makes the penthouse accessible to almost everyone.The shops,cafes, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance and there is an on the doorstep coastal path around the port area which is an ideal place to exercise in the morning or for a gentle stroll in the evening.
The apartment is well equipped but a microwave would have been useful. The proximity of the railway line was not a problem and there was very little noise from it.
